Khatri ID Cards operates the “Khatri ID Cards” mobile application and its web portal.

a) Personal Information

  • Student / Employee Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Email Address (optional)

  • Date of Birth (if provided)

  • School / Organization Name

  • Class / Department details

  • Roll Number / Employee Code

  • Address (optional, if given)

b) Uploaded Documents

  • Photograph (used for ID card generation)

  • Any additional data uploaded by schools/institutions

c) ID Card Preview

Our app displays a preview of the ID card generated from the uploaded information and design.
This preview is for verification purposes only.

2. Why We Collect This Information

We use the collected data only for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing student/employee records

  • Generating ID card preview inside the application

  • Processing & printing ID cards

  • Managing approval and verification workflow

  • Customer support & communication

  • Internal task & production tracking

We do NOT use this data for advertising or selling to third parties.

3. ID Card Preview Usage

  • The ID card preview shown inside the app is generated based on user-provided data.

  • The preview is used only for checking correctness before printing.

  • Users cannot directly export, download, or misuse ID card previews from the app.

  • The preview is shown only to authorized users (school admins or organization staff).

4. Data Storage & Security

We store all user data on secure servers with:

  • SSL Encryption

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

  • Role-based access permissions

  • Limited access to authorized staff only

We take full measures to protect all student and employee information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share any personal data with third parties except:

  • Courier partners (only dispatch name & address)

  • Government authorities (only if legally required)

We never sell your data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Student data is collected only through authorized schools/institutions.
Children do not use the app directly, and no child can create an account.

Users (schools or organizations) can request:
